I'm a neurodivergent artist who wears many hats: photographer, writer, curator, spiritual director, speaker, educator, and mentor.
My day job is teaching photography in a classroom, and when I'm not there or making good artwork about true things, I think about you ... a lot. It's actually kinda embarrassing.
So, if you dig my vibe and wanna hang out a bit here's where you can find me online:
My Photography
My writing, on Substack
And if you want to see what else I've cooked up for you, check out the merch tab above. It's filled with things to read, discern with, and wear.
Not finding what you're looking for? HMU! I'd love to connect with you, come speak to your people, or lead a workshop.
I've lived in Southern California my whole life. I found photography as a kid and my first camera was pink.
I own a blue '65 Ford Mustang I bought in 1999. She needs a little help so if you feel so inclined here's my tip jar.
I married young and have stayed married for over 20+ years. My husband is the reason I am a photographer today. I'm so dang grateful.
I believe the best camera is the one that's on you.
My day job is as Instructor of Photography and my favorite classes to teach is History of Photography. It drives a lot of what I do in my artwork and vice versa.
The fancy stuff:
MFA in Visual Arts
MA in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care
I have a cup of coffee in my hands more often than I'd like to admit. And my two dogs, Wonder and Journey, are the chaos that keeps our household light (and full of fur ... everywhere).
